Our story

Born from a move that almost broke us

Home Ready started because we lived through the chaos of a badly organized move. Boxes in the wrong rooms, things we couldn't find for weeks, a house that didn't feel like home for months.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.

Today we help Greater Toronto Area families through moves, home reorganizations and life transitions, bringing order, calm and function back to their spaces.

We listen before we touch anything

Every home has a context. We start by understanding how you live, what bothers you most and what done looks like for you.

We build a plan, not just a to-do list

We think through the whole space before starting, so every decision supports the next one and nothing has to be re-done.

We do the work, all of it

You don't have to hover or help. Go about your day. We'll handle the boxes, the decisions, the organizing and the cleanup.

We leave when you're happy

Before we pack up, we walk through everything together. If something doesn't feel right, we fix it. Simple as that.
